PdfSign Lite is designed to be privacy-first. We do NOT collect:

• Your PDF documents or images
• Your signatures
• Personal information (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking purposes
• Usage analytics or behavioral data

3. Local Data Storage

All data created within the app is stored locally on your device:

• Saved Signatures: Stored in your device's local storage using iOS UserDefaults. These never leave your device.
• Documents: PDF files and images are processed entirely on your device. We don't upload, store, or have access to any documents you open or create.
• Preferences: App settings are stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases

PdfSign Lite offers a one-time in-app purchase for Pro features. All purchase transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles your purchase data.

5. Third-Party Services

PdfSign Lite does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is:

• Apple App Store: For processing in-app purchases (governed by Apple's Privacy Policy)

6. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties because we don't collect any user data in the first place.

7. Children's Privacy

PdfSign Lite does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Our app is safe for users of all ages.

8. Security

Since all data remains on your device, the security of your documents depends on your device's security settings. We recommend:

• Using a device passcode or Face ID/Touch ID
• Keeping your iOS updated
• Being cautious about which apps you grant file access to

9. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our servers. All your data is under your control on your device. You can:

• Delete saved signatures from within the app
• Delete the app to remove all locally stored data
• Manage app permissions in iOS Settings

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
